  18. which Ione Auston refers was a compilation of background
  19. papers, chiefly on technical matters, done for the IOM
  20. study.  It, however, has been published under the editorship
  21. of Marion Ball and Morris Collen by Springer-Verlag in a
  22. series they do on medical informatics.  I agree with the
  23. suggestion about contacting the CPR Institute via AHIMA.
