  15. I've read three problems with 3M so far on this list. We have an old 3M
  16. system and it doesn't work well. We're not sure it's worth upgrading. Maybe
  17. we need to change instead. I have two questions:

  19. 1. For those libraries that had terminals too close to the 3M gate: exactly
  20. how close were the terminals to the gate? Is any part of the gate more
  21. sensitive than another? Do you count distance from any part of the gate, or
  22. distance from the gate's controller box in the base?

  24. 2. What is your experience with Checkpoint? Do terminals cause problems
  25. with Checkpoint too? What kinds of problems?
