  12. Linda.  This duplication problem sounds like a local problem.  Speak to your
  13. technical support people.  Don't let them fob it off on the network.  If
  14. your techs are like ours, they will not answer directly or coherently until
  15. you press the issue.  They love to make us non-techies look silly--don't
