  14. I am beginning to feel like I am harrassing this list regarding document
  15. delivery so I apologize for MORE questions to all of you.

  17. The latest twist at our institution is an idea on our Dean's part to tie
  18. document delivery to journal cuts by making document delivery free to
  19. faculty who agree to cut journal(s) in his/her area.
  20.  
  21. I am interested, in general, from institutions who have tied document
  22. delivery to journals cuts or who plan to do so in the near future.
  23. How do you handle the politics of this idea?  What role does your document
  24. delivery system have in your decisions to cut journals?     How do you
  25. involve the faculty in your combined document delivery/journal cut decisions?
