  14. Seven institutions responded that they have had no problems with CARL.  All but
  15. one of them use the Internet, not ports, to connect.  But even the one
  16. institution that uses 4 individual ports has had no problems getting into
  17. CARL UNCOVER2.  Also, these institutions reported no problems with CARL
  18. delivering articles.
