  17.  I wonder what the effect of the DRAIN and HOLD attributes are.
  18.  I understand the effect of the HOLD attribute on the local node (it
  19.  prevents the use of the FINGER = CPQ NAMES command), but I cannot
  20.  figure out from the manual anything else. It states, that
  21.  "the interpretation of these attributes depends on the link driver"
  22.  
  23.  I have DECNET, and TCP/IP links. I do not find anything in the
  24.  corresponding chapters.
