  12. I am experiencing a problem in getting my TCP/IP application going again
  13. after TCP/IP has terminated and been restarted with a logon of TCP/IP.

  15. My TCP/IP system at times is going down for various reasons and I have
  16. to restart it.  After restarting TCP/IP, my application will not
  17. function properly or at all.

  19. I have to re-IPL my VM system to regain my TCP/IP application, then it
  20. works until TCP/IP is restarted.  At which time if I want to get my
  21. application going again I must re IPL our VM system.
  22.  
  23. I restart my application but TCP/IP refuses to communicate with it
  24. until I perform a complete IPL of the VM system.
  25.  
  26. I would appreciate hearing from any TCP/IP users who have experienced a
  27. similar problem or from anyone with a suggestion as to what is happening.
