- Where does the amiga's future fit with all these new processors. I understand
- that the A4000 accepts interchangeable processor modules - but surely these
- need to be in the 680x0 series?
-
- I wonder which way the top end of amiga's will go. PowerPC technology it
- seems will be failry inexpensive for it's power. I certainly would love
- to see a amiga with that power around. We all know how concered PC users
- are when it comes to machine power, 'if it's fast enough who cares that the
- opereating system is crap!' - they have their non multi tasking 486 PC's
- waiting wasting loads of CPU time between each painful keystroke as they use
- it for wordprocessing. At least with an amiga you could be doing some
- solid modeling, unnoticed, in the backgroud.
-
- Anyway how's the amiga going to keep up in the processor power wars?
