- You mention buying the VXL30. Are you intending to purchase the 32-bit
- RAM expansion as well? A recent review of accelerators in Amiga World
- indicated that significant performance gains are only realized if you
- have the 32-bit expansion RAM. This, of course, can dramatically
- increase the total cost of acceleration.

- BTW, while not a VXL30 owner I do have the GVP A530 turbo with 8mb of
- 32-bit RAM. According to the latest SYSINFO, I clock in at *11 times*
- the speed of a stock A500/600 and *1.5 times* faster than a 3000/25.
- While all benchmarks are suspect I cannot begin to tell you about all the
- benefits and pleasure derived from having an accelerated Ami! Good
- fortune to you while choosing the best acceleration solution.
