  15. I am trying to get my hands on a 1988 Senate Report that was authored by
  16. former Senators Tim Wirth of Colorado and John Heinz of Pennsylvania.

  18. It is entitled "Project 88: Harnessing Market Forces to Protect Our
  19. Environment" and it is about Emissions Reduction Credit Trading.
  20.  
  21. It's not a government document per se - it was never printed by GPO.  The
  22. Environmental Policy Institute in Washington, D.C. comes up as publisher in
  23. OCLC searches.
  24.  
  25. One of Pitt's research librarians tells me that it is not held by any library
  26. in Pennsylvania, and that she cannot find it elsewhere.

  28. Professor Ellen Detlefsen here at Pitt suggested that I try Carnegie-Mellon's
  29. Heinz School of Public Policy/Affairs, as they have been chosen as the
  30. archives site for the late Senator Heinz's personal papers.  I checked
  31. with CMU's archives, but they say that they are still setting up, and that
  32. the material's are still in the possession of the Heinz family.

  34. Does anyone out there in govdoc-land have this report?  I'm sure it would
  35. really speed up my ILL request.
