  17. a faculty member here is absolutely convinced that there is an
  18. FCC database out there that can be accessed (probably telneted into)
  19. for free....he says it has a comprehensive list of stations subdivided
  20. geographically and has their allowable emission bandwidths in the
  21. radio spectrum....I can't find anything like this...does anyone know
  22. of anything like this?...maybe even a CD-ROM product?...
