  17. stays on the same place in the same building.

  19. Interfax is a private, well-known, frequently-quoted internationally
  20. Moscow-based news service with relatively poor country coverage
  21. of the country. They have their complete newsfeed available through
  22. the electronic mail. Try to mail them at either
