  53. Well, considering that you put the spoiler lines in for me, I won't have to!

  55. Okay, this one is tricky too.  You need to maneuver the doctor into taking
  56. your place on the pedestal.  What you do is keep stalling until the following
  57. option comes up in your dialogue choices:

  59. "For your sake, I hope this doesn't work"
  60.  
  61. He will ask why, and you tell him that your first act as a God will be to
  62. send him to hell.  A few more lines will follow, then he will take your
  63. place on the pedestal, and you can get out when he gets transformed.
