  14.      I personally would not state anything positive about the x2b.

  16. I know the instinct is to be fair and un-biased.  But why aid the enemy
  17. and in the adversarial system the x2b is the enemy.

  19. How I would behave in front of the children is an entirely different matter
  20. from how to behave in the court context.  In front of the children I see
  21. nothing wrong in praising the mother (even if you think she is a real bitch).

  23. If you say anything positive about the mother to the GAL or in court, it will
  24. come back to haunt you.....as she gets custody.

  26. At the same time I would not go overboard criticising the mother....just a
  27. few comments about lack of love for the children or lack of ability in whatever
  28. she is not good at.

  30. I would spend most of the time stressing your own good points.
