- Here`s my 2 cents.
-
- I personally would not state anything positive about the x2b.
-
- I know the instinct is to be fair and un-biased. But why aid the enemy
- and in the adversarial system the x2b is the enemy.
-
- How I would behave in front of the children is an entirely different matter
- from how to behave in the court context. In front of the children I see
- nothing wrong in praising the mother (even if you think she is a real bitch).
-
- If you say anything positive about the mother to the GAL or in court, it will
- come back to haunt you.....as she gets custody.
-
- At the same time I would not go overboard criticising the mother....just a
- few comments about lack of love for the children or lack of ability in whatever
- she is not good at.
-
- I would spend most of the time stressing your own good points.
