- Here are some suggestions along the same lines:

- 1) This effort should be addressed on a national level. May be
- starting from state level,
- but converging into a national project. ----- UNITY.

- 2) A SUN or another used workstation be bought to be set up as a GOPHER
- type server and
- be available over the Internet.

- Money? -- I pledge upto $1000 towords the purchase of such a machine. After
- all
- I am a CP (so far) father.

- Once we get going, I am sure that we can find funding sources to expand
- such a effort.
