- The description of a simple physical system exhibiting chaotic behaviour
- can be found in the new edition of Physics, by Tipler (volume 1) - he calls
- it the "Bender bouncer" - a driven, damped harmonic oscillator with a reflector
- at x = 0 (the velocity is reversed when x reaches 0). It's a nice one to
- model.
