  31. And then there's also such a thing as having one's head up one's ass.
  32. Thing is, some people read "FNORD" and sign up.  Others read "New Ways of
  33. Thinking" and sign up.  Members of both groups come to suspect that they
  34. have signed up for the wrong reason, and begin to wish they belonged to
  35. the other group.  Both are wrong.  How can I make blanket statements like
  36. that without regard for semantic hipness?  If someone cared maybe I wouldn't.
