  23.                               INSTRUCTIONS

  27.   SUBMISSION:  1) Please send 90 minute Metal or CrO2 cassette with
  28.                   the submission on it.  If you would like to send
  29.                   a DAT tape for a possible future requested compilation
  30.                   CD'that's fine too, but please send a standard cassette
  31.                   tape for reproduction requests from the network. CD's will
  32.                   also be accepted and requests filled if the artist wants
  33.                   to submit them.

  35.                2) Make sure that you enclose the proper information
  36.                   requested below (see attached form) with the cassette.
  37.                   Also e-mail sjepson@ers.bitnet a completed form so
  38.                   he will expect the cassette and can update the electronic
  39.                   archive.  (Archive address to be disclosed later.)

  47.                4) If you are requesting a compilation along with your
  48.                   submission please include the following outlined in
  49.                   the REQUESTS section.

  51.                5) As many submissions as the artist wants to submit
  52.                   will be accepted.  Make sure there is a seperate
  53.                   submission form for each 90 minute tape submitted.

  57. REQUESTS:   1) To receive a compilation please send a request form
  58.                along with blank tape, self addressed STAMPED envelope,
  59.                and $1.00 handling for each 90 minute tape sent.
  60.                No more than two requested compilations will be
  61.                placed on one blank tape. (This is to save time.)

  65.             2) On the request form just fill out the lines with asterisks.
