- Subject: Frequency of school internet use
- Lines: 19
-
- A recent message from Judi Harris included the comment:
-
- "Recent estimates indicate that there are now more than
- 50,000 classroom teachers from primary, middle, and
- secondary schools who hold accounts on the Internet."
-
- Can anyone indicate approximately what proportion of teachers
- are included in that estimate? Has anyone researched the question,
- or can someone estimate what the frequency is for those sectors
- (primary, etc); and what proportion might be from beyond USA?
-
- The information around the networks indicating what teachers are doing
- with the internet is useful, but I would like to know a little more of
- the context for what we see there.
