- The CREATE and PDK Annual Evaluation Institute provides a forum
- * for disseminating recent findings from CREATE
- * for exchange among practitioners and scholars regarding
- current issues and developments in evaluation
- * for networking related to improving evaluation practices

- known evaluators and educators, including Peter Airasian, Richard
- Benjamin, Judith Burry, Arlen Gullickson, Virginia Helm, Richard
- Jaeger, Nancy Law, James Sanders, Michael Scriven, James Stronge,
- Daniel Stufflebeam, and others.

- The Center for Research on Educational Accountability and Teacher
- Evaluation (CREATE) and the Annual Evaluation Institute are
- supported through a grant from the U.S. Department of Education,
- Office of Educational Research and Improvement. The Institute is
- presented in association with Phi Delta Kappa (PDK) and the
- National Education Association (NEA).
