  39. The CREATE and PDK Annual Evaluation Institute provides a forum
  40.      * for disseminating recent findings from CREATE

  84. Evaluation (CREATE) and the Annual Evaluation Institute are
  85. supported through a grant from the U.S. Department of Education,
  86. Office of Educational Research and Improvement.  The Institute is
  87. presented in association with Phi Delta Kappa (PDK) and the
  88. National Education Association (NEA).
