- Character is caught not taught! Modeling the behavior in our own lives and
- dealing with the healing aspects of affirmation are the best ways of helping to
- build character in children. Many school Guidance programs have tried to teach
- self-esteem and character but, in the long run, what the children see and hear
- in the adults around them is what will influence character.
