  12. Hi.  I was wondering if anyone out there could provide some references
  13. for EDI software and Value Added Networks.  We are just getting started
  14. with ANSI X.12 EDI here at Washington University in St. Louis, Mo.
  15. Plans are currently in the works to implement Purchase Orders and Invoices.
  16.  
  17. Soon we will be evaluating EDI software and choosing a Value Added Network.
  18. We have chosen the IBM PC platform.  I am planning on evaluating
  19. TSI's Trading Partner PC, Supply Tech STX, MULTINET-PC by Blue Rainbow,
  20. and EDI Excel by ABC.

  22. Can anyone provide references for these packages and/or companys?  AND any
  23. suggestions for VANs?

  25. Also - Can anyone tell me about the mapper piece of the EDI software?  How
  26. important is it to get software with a good mapper.  It appears that
  27. you can pay up to $5000.00 just for the mapper module alone.
