  15.     Dear friends and fellows from DEVEL-L,

  17.     We have just incorporated to list DEVEL-L and we would like
  18.  to show the rest of users the Non-Gubernamental-Organization
  19. "Ingenieria Sin Fronteras".
  20.     Its main objective is to solve technical problems, such as
  21. the supply of drinking water, the construction of mills, etcetera,
  22. in the less developed countries.
  23.     We would be very thankfull if you send us every information
  24. you have about cooperation and development and, we offer ourselves
  25. to try to solve specific problems in those countries.
