- Same thing happened here. The old VAX Lisp (layered product) is gone,
- replaced by a third-party product for which you pay handsomely, even at the
- 50% Market Basket discount. My guess is that what is on the CDs is this
- new product.

- I was able to get an extension PAK for a week, so a student could finish a
- product. Seems to me that DEC could generate PAKs for anyone who is
- content with the old product, and simply wanted to continue running under
- the former license, but they appear to be unwilling (probably because of
- the agreement with the third party [Lucid]).
