  12. I seem to be getting a number of people's backs up. Sorry. It appears I am
  13. making "hearies type" comments. Bare with me... I am still learning - this is
  14. all still new & wonderful to me.

  16. Next thing... One of my hearing friends (who will by then be married to his
  17. deaf fiance) is coming over to the USA sometime between the end of Feb and the
  18. first week in March. He would dearly like to visit Gallaudet University and see
  19. what tips and info he can pick up to bring back to this BACKWARD South Africa.

  21. Is there anyone there who would like (or be willing) to make contact with
  22. Stephen when he comes out, and just chat to him & show him the ropes.

  24. Unfortunately, his wife will not be with him. Remember, of course, that we use
  25. English Sign language, so if you sign ASL, you will have to sign S l o w l y.
