  14. We need a library which can be linked into Windows/C++ (functions
  15. called from c++ using WINDOWS) which will perform
  16. Dbase file I/O.  We want as many of the 4 GL operations
  17. still intact.  For example,  Indices should be automatically
  18. updated upon appends/replaces/etc.  Routines like "Browse"
  19. should be be available too.
