  14. This may seem basic, but I'm a little perplexed.

  16. 1)  I'd like to get an e-copy of Michigan Governor
  17. John Engler's State of the State speech.  Can someone
  18. guide me to an Anon. Ftp site, please.  Now, I just
  19. don't want to be guided there.  Let me know how you
  20. determined HOW to get there, and where the site is.
  21. Please.  We've just become Internet, and I don't think
  22. we have all the Internet "stuff" yet, so I will try
  23. via mail ftp.  If that still works, I haven't been
  24. successful since Internet went live.

  26. 2)  Looking over the January Hunt results, I'm a little
  27. mystified how one determines HOW to determine the answer
  28. or where to look (refer to above).  I know Archie does
  29. not cover ALL sites, so how does one divine these answers?
