  14.  Rick's reading of Kugler et. al. may well be right, but I think mine might
  15.  be too.  I would have thought that those people would like PCT-ish
  16.  theories because there isn't any `algorithm' being executed by an
  17.  agent that is distinct from the representation of the algorithm, but
  18.  evidently not.  I've tracked down a gettable copy of Stelmach 1978,
  19.  so maybe we can pursue this issue when I'm better informed.
