  14. Here's a thought for a compromise solution.

  16. If you have copiers that can handle $1.00 bills, then the real
  17. problem seems to be change for gonzo bills.  So how's about getting
  18. a key to the Vendacard dispenser, and using that for the source of
  19. smaller bills.  The dispenser/encoder can be reconciled to make
  20. sure nothing is disappearing, and you have a source of smaller bills,
  21. at least enough to get you thru a weekend.

  23. I would mention to Joanne that the problem may disappear the further
  24. we get into the new administration, since fewer people will have those
  25. big bills to spend!  :^)
