- In one of my classes today, we were discussing how films were rated. Nobody
- knew what constituted an R, PG, X, etc. rating. Is there a panel that views
- the films, and then "votes" on what to rate it? Or, are there guidelines
- like how many violent scenes, or sex scenes for each rating?
