  11. It doesn't take intelligence to attain worldwide success especially
  12. in Arnold's case. It only takes luck, being in the right place at the
  13. right time. It also matters that he looks and sounds unique. I would
  14. also credit his marketing people. As for college education being a
  15. factor, it sure didn't help boneheads like Reagan and Bush and Quayle,
  16. and for that matter, their staunch supporters, like Arnold.
