  55. Sorry but they really do all look alike.  Perhaps the remake of Thelma and
  56. Louise could go like this.  T and L survive the crash but are horribly
  57. disfigured and suffer from amnesia.  Unrecognizable as women, the paramedics
  58. find the driver's licenses of two patrons of the minute mart which Thelma had
  59. taken when she robbed the place.  Mistaking t and l for the unfortunate
  60. gentlemen pictured on the driver's licenses, the hapless but loveable plastic
  61. surgeon works feverishly to restore their countenances (and other body parts)
  62. to their original forms. The police are confused.  Thelma and Louise are
  63. confused.  Having completed a masterful job, the surgeon, played by part-time
  64. cabana boy Matt Dillon, releases the two, played now by Tom Tyron and John
  65. Gavin.  Thelma and Louise go on to become a sucessful diplomat and author
  66. respectively, While their professional lives soar, unfortunately they are
  67. woefully incompetent at personal relationships with women and have great
  68. difficulty sharing their feelings.  Something is missing.  They read Iron
  69. John. They join an all male encounter group where the beat on a drum and smoke
  70. and become one with their feelings.  They remember their former identities,
  71. feel a momentary loss and laugh heartily at their good fortune.  As the credits
  72. role, they are eagerly dialing a 900 number.
