  17. His relics are venerated at Aylesford Priory (about thirty miles south-east
  18. of London, in Kent, in England), a Carmelite Priory which re-opened for
  19. business some time earlier in this century, after suffering under Henry
  20. VIII's dissolution of the monasteries. I haven't been there in fifteen
  21. years, so my recollections are very hazy, but I think St Simon Stock had
  22. visions of the blessed virgin that inspired him to found (?)the priory,
  23. (?)the order(?) or something.
