  25. Don't let Microsoft or Lotus kid you, VIM and MAPI are most definately
  26. not mail standards by any stretch of the imagination.  They are both
  27. just front end API standards, nothing more.  Actually, VIM isn't
  28. really that yet.  The current version of VIM is pretty thin.  Simple
  29. MAPI isn't much better, but at least they have a stated plan and
  30. direction.
