- Don't let Microsoft or Lotus kid you, VIM and MAPI are most definately
- not mail standards by any stretch of the imagination. They are both
- just front end API standards, nothing more. Actually, VIM isn't
- really that yet. The current version of VIM is pretty thin. Simple
- MAPI isn't much better, but at least they have a stated plan and
- direction.
