  17. I think the more appropriate question would be -- what the heck was happening
  18. under 4.11 -- Vines Transport layer services have lots of error recovery built
  19. into them so why was it not working under 4.11?

  21. In my experience (last week) we had a bad fibre optic transciever, and it
  22. affected our whole net (4.10 and 4.11)...
