  19.    I am tring to locate the Control block chain that leads to the userid
  20.  in CMS. I am writing a module which is trying to spawn batch jobs and so
  21.  do not wish to have the user input the data to the program. I can't find
  22.  what I'm looking for in the IBM manuals that I have.
