  16. Well, I can't say I've seen it myself, but I do have the radio-promo CD for
  17. Animal Behavior in my care. It features a 2:50 radio-edit, the full album
  18. version, and a "video version" that is just a 4:30 edit of the original
  19. album version. Someday I'll get the nerve to slip the radio-edit into my
  20. top-40 shift on the local "contempory hit radio" station I pretend to work
  21. for, but actually use as an excuse to watch 7 hours of Star Trek each week
  22. and get paid for it. (Four re-runs of the old Trek, the current episodes of
  23. the Next Generation and Deep Space Nine, and a couple reruns of the Next
  24. Generation. Sometimes after Bulls games, they even show the old animated
  25. episodes from the 70's!)

  27. Talkin' bout Bootsy reminds me of his appearance on David Sanborn's Night
  28. Music. He did a regular tune with his band, but at the end there was a jam
  29. tune with just about eveybody on the show including Carla Bley on keys and
  30. Steve Swallow on lead-bass (And no, 'swallow' wasn't just thown in there to
  31. see if Carol was still watching. ;-) Aack! Can I be that crude and/or harsh
  32. when I've mostly been just a lurker on Allmusic for almost a year now?!?!?

  34. (Well, I used to be a regular. It's just that working 4 jobs (70 hrs/week)
  35. and going to school cuts down on my e-mail writing.)

  37. I know, I'll make it up to you Carol. You've always had your hopes up for
  38. an Allmusic nude calender, so for the upcoming allmusic compilation tapes,
  39. I'll 'submit' (yet another Carol buzzword ;-) Ahem, as I was saying: I'll
  40. submit a photo of me playing volleyball at the nudist colony last summer.
