  22. Boot your 3.1 system and check to see that the tape drive is
  23. rmt0 and available, not just defined.

  29. He's doing what the installation manual says to do. Frankly, I
  30. don't bother: I put the tape in, turn the key to service, issue
  31. the shutdown with reboot, and let it rip. Works for me.
