- Have a look at the man-pages:
- TCP/IP ftpusers File Format
-
- Purpose
-
- Specifies local user names that cannot be used by remote FTP
- clients.
-
- Description
-
- This file contains a list of local user names that the ftpd
- server does not allow to be used by remote File Transfer Protocol
- (FTP) clients. The format of the /etc/ftpusers file is a simple
- list of user names that also appear in the /etc/passwd file.
-
- You may also look at the file /usr/lpp/tcpip/samples/anon.ftp
