  21. We are planning to implement a Help Desk for our Computer Users.  I
  22. am interested if anyone knows of any free help desk software.  Since
  23. people are spread out around the building I am hoping for a version
  24. that runs on VMS or UNIX.

  26. I would also be interested to hear any good advice you might have
  27. about setting up a quality help desk.
