- Hello,
-
- We are planning to implement a Help Desk for our Computer Users. I
- am interested if anyone knows of any free help desk software. Since
- people are spread out around the building I am hoping for a version
- that runs on VMS or UNIX.
-
- I would also be interested to hear any good advice you might have
- about setting up a quality help desk.
-
- So if you know of any free software or have any good advice, reply
- directly to me.
-
- Thanks for your help,
-
- Gordon
