  15. the problem is that some hosts will not  allow
  16. to send a SUBJECT-less message to:
  17. listserv@ebcesca1.bitnet (which should contain no subject
  18. but a line saying signoff advise-l)
  19. so: if nothing works the problem is not that of the list, it's owners
  20. or even users, but one of YOUR host, its admin, sysop and IC-cleaner.
