  13. I assume you've installed Windows 3.1 with 3Com 3+share drivers. The
  14. Windows program will hang when you try running any thing over the
  15. network without the proper network drivers and system.ini settings, for
  16. 3com 3+share. If you've already done that, then it could be 3+Mail
  17. itself (I assume you're running that). I heard that 3+Mail 1.3 I think
  18. tends to timeout under Windows3.0 and 3.1. Try to get a latest version
  19. of 3+Mail client software.
