  13. Promega has a system for sequencing directly from lambda DNA using sequencing grade Taq DNA polymerase called FMol DNA Sequencing System. I can give readable sequence from 130ng (4fmoles)of lambda using a P32 end labeled primer. It is not possible to sequence lambda with S35 internal incorporation using this system.At the time we discontinued selling our T7 DNA Polymerase Sequencing System we were not able to get reproducable sequence from lambda.
