- Hello to All!
- I am using Nytran nylon membranes in my Northern blotting. Often, I see
- SDS used in hybridizations, mostly with protocols using nylon filters.
- Will anyone please share their expertise on this matter? Is SDS
- important in filter hybridizations, particularly with nylon? Also, I've
- heard dextran works well with nitrocellulose, but that it is not
- recommended for nylon due to high background artifacts.
- Thanks much!
