- PhD in molecular biology. 15 years of experience in investigating
- structure-function organization of proteins, analysis of antigenic
- structure and computer design of peptides, proteins with improved
- properties and artificial proteins which are candidates for vaccines.
- Many theoretical developments were successfully confirmed by experi-
- ments. Development of original methods for analysis of proteins based
- on their amino acid sequences. Experience with different software
- packages for analysis of protein and nucleic acid sequence and pro-
- tein structure: sequence alignment, phylogenetic analysis, comparison
- of sequences with databases, secondary structure prediction, functi-
- onal and antigenic site searching, etc.
