  12. Dear Colleagues,
  13. Kerry Tucker recently asked me about the seven bands seen on gels of
  14. Arabidopsis RNA. As a graduate student, I estimated the size of these bands
  15. based on relative mobility compared with BRL RNA standards and assigned
  16. identities to some of the bands by matching the transcript sizes with those
  17. listed for RNAs in the handbook, Methods in Arabidopsis Research, edited by
  18. Koncz, Chua, and Schell. We would like to know if there is published data
  19. about these bands with which I could compare my own guess-timates.
