- Good point. The major problems I see with it are (a) who would be
- displaced (or would it be mostly above roads) -- it may not be the
- swankest part of town but those are occupied buildings, (b) which
- route -- the only approach with enough clearance would be along the
- Embarcadero, and (c) would San Francisco allow another elevated
- structure after finally getting rid of the dreadful Embarcadero
- Freeway.
