- registration and insurance may be required. Permanent residents
- are required to show their Alien Registration Card at the time
- of registration. Foreign nationals must contact their Embassy
- one month in advance to make the necessary arrangements for
- visiting Ames.

- From highway 101 south, take the Moffett Field exit (_not_ the Moffett
- Blvd exit) and turn left before the main Navy gate. Proceed to the
- Pass and ID Building (N253- the first building on the right) for
- registration. A detailed map of Ames Research Center will be
- provided to all visitors upon entry.
