  15. Due to a change in circumstance (sounds like a fortune cookie), we
  16. have a couple of water filters for sale.  They are located in the Felton
  17. (Santa Cruz) area.

  19. These are heavy duty, commercial grade Culligan filters (usually at
  20. the top of the Consumer Reports listings).  There is a 10-year
  21. warranty on the control heads for both, and lifetime tank warranties.
  22. They both work well, and are priced at less than half the new
  23. price.  Manuals and installation instructions are included, although
  24. Culligan also will install these for you (for a price, of course).

  26. Water softener: 14 months old, $995.

  28. Iron (Colsorb) filter: 3-4 years old, $495.
