- If you haven't left out something that changes the complexion of this
- totally, I'd get an <gasp> attorney and fight this in court. If this
- guy didn't signal and look, it's an unsafe lane change. Where you can
- run into trouble is if you were too, ie: you really were on the line
- or weaving, in the eyes of the cops.

- I can hardly believe that I'm the one that's saying this, but you
- need to fight for your rights in court. I hate lawyers, and the way
- that our society is so sue happy, but being a nice guy didn't pay off
- for me in my last accident. The bimbo that cut me off on the freeway
- two days after I bought the Concours cost me months of physical pain,
- hospital costs and time when I couldn't ride my new pride and joy.
- They'll screw you if you give them a chance.
